Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may be waiting.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us provide the best care possible to all of our patients.
